Drug offences are treated a particular way dependent on the class of the drug involved and other individual circumstances. Possession This is having a small amount of drugs about your person or in your house, bag or car. If you have equipment associated with using drugs you could be arrested for possession too. The sorts of equipment you might have include;
Supply Supply or intent to supply is a very serious offence. Dealing drugs is one type of supply but even if people do not get any money from a friend they give drugs to (like pass around a spliff) they could be in trouble for supply.
